AE Sewing Machines at Sign & Digital UK!
That’s a wrap on our first show of the year, Sign & Digital 2025! The event brought together industry professionals eager to explore the latest innovations in signage, print, and display production. It was great to connect with businesses looking to streamline their soft signage, banner, and exhibition graphics workflows. Our team showcased how automation and bespoke sewing solutions can boost efficiency, reduce reliance on skilled labour, and deliver high-quality results with ease. A highlight was demonstrating our automated SEG/keder sewing machines, impressing visitors with their speed, precision, and seamless finishing capabilities!

Saturday
In the morning, 4 members of our team headed down to the NEC to set up. We donned our high-vis jackets and got to work unloading the machines. Fast forward a few hours, the machines were set up ready to go, our SEG banners were up, and we were ready for a pizza!
Sunday
Our first day at the show, meeting with representatives from businesses all over the world and demonstrating our bespoke conveyor systems. At the end of the day, we joined the exhibitor’s get together to meet with our friendly competitors with a drinks reception and live music.
Monday
On the second day we had a new neighbour, YouTuber and famous car wrapping entrepreneur Yianni (Yiannimize) who drew plenty of attention! He met with the team and even facetimed one of our colleagues who wasn’t at the show.
Tuesday
The final day! After another day of meeting with new and existing customers, running machine demos, and networking, it was time to pack up. We got the machines loaded onto the vans again and headed back to Wrexham.

A Juki MO-6814/DD10 Industrial Overlocker
This high-quality overlocker is equipped with a powerful direct drive motor for quiet and efficient sewing. It is used in the event graphics industry to join multiple fabric panels to make one larger piece, particularly for products such as banner which require a flat, secure seam that will stretch rather than breaking.
