Warranty

All new industrial sewing machines come with a 12-month warranty as standard. Warranty does not include standard consumable spare parts such as bobbins, bobbin cases, feed dogs, hook & base, needles, needle plate, presser feet, etc. Any new equipment which may become faulty can be repaired free of charge but has to be returned at the customers expense to our Head Office in Wrexham, North Wales. If the customer cannot return the machine to our head office, then we have to charge travel time and mileage. However the repair is free of charge (excluding parts needed). All warranty is void if a third party engineer has tampered or been called in to look at the machine.

Product Information

The Global OV 500 DD series consists of various overlock machines. Your chosen machine will be supplied fully assembled, complete with British RU/C wheeled stand, manufacturer grade tabletop, drawer & extras. Before dispatch, everything is tested and signed off by one of our technicians so you can be sewing within minutes!

The Global OV 500 DD series of high quality direct drive overlock sewing machines provide solutions for a range of different applications. Whether you require a machine for light or heavy work, there is an option within this series. Each machine in the range has an automatic lubrication system to save the operator time and effort. The different subclasses have other unique features which are outlined below. Global OV 500 DD Series Subclass Options

OV 504 040 DD - 1 needle, 3 thread high speed overlock machine with fully automatic lubrication. This machine is equipped with a built-in mini servomotor and control box. The maximum machine speed is 8000spm.
OV 514 240 DD - 2 needle, 4 thread version, with a needle gauge of 2mm and overedge width of 4mm. The maximum machine speed is 7500spm.
OV 515 350 DD - 2 needle, 5 thread version, with a needle gauge of 3mm and overedge width of 5mm. The maximum machine speed is 7000spm.
OV 515 550 DD - 2 needle, 5 thread version with a needle gauge of 5mm and overedge width of 5mm. The maximum machine speed is 7000spm.
OV 515 558 DD - 2 needle, 5 thread version designed specially for extra heavy duty work. It has a needle gauge of 5mm and an overedge width of 5mm. The maximum machine speed is 5500spm.
