Warranty

All new industrial sewing machines come with a 12-month warranty as standard. Warranty does not include standard consumable spare parts such as bobbins, bobbin cases, feed dogs, hook & base, needles, needle plate, presser feet, etc. Any new equipment which may become faulty can be repaired free of charge but has to be returned at the customers expense to our Head Office in Wrexham, North Wales. If the customer cannot return the machine to our head office, then we have to charge travel time and mileage. However the repair is free of charge (excluding parts needed). All warranty is void if a third party engineer has tampered or been called in to look at the machine.

Product Information

The Global ZZ 1560 series consists of various zig-zag sewing machines. Your chosen machine will be supplied fully assembled, complete with British RU/C wheeled stand, manufacturer grade tabletop, drawer & extras. Before dispatch, everything is tested and signed off by one of our technicians so you can be sewing within minutes!

The Global ZZ 1560 series of durable zig-zag machines are suitable for a wide range of applications such as garment making and automotive upholstery. There are AUT versions available for each machine which have additional automatic thread trimmer and back tack functions to save the operator time and effort. The features of the different subclasses are outlined below.           Global ZZ 1560 Series Subclass Options

          • ZZ 1565 - high speed 6mm flatbed zig-zag sewing machine with semi-automatic lubrication and built-in bobbin winder. It has a sewing speed of 5000spm.
          • ZZ 1565 AUT - same as above, but equipped with an electric automatic thread trimmer, back tack, and presser foot lifter.
          • ZZ 1566 - same as the ZZ 1565, but with a maximum zig-zag width of 10mm. It has a sewing speed of 4400spm.
          • ZZ 1566 AUT - same as above, but equipped with an electric automatic thread trimmer, back tack, and presser foot lifter.
          • ZZ 1567 - high speed, cam controlled, fancy zig-zag stitch machine, supplied as standard with 2 cams, but 17 optional extra cams are available. It has a sewing speed of 4000spm.
          • ZZ 1567 AUT - same as above, but equipped with an electric automatic thread trimmer, back tack, and presser foot lifter.
          • ZZ 1568 - same as the ZZ 1566, but used for medium-heavy weight materials. It has a sewing speed of 3400spm.
          • ZZ 1568 AUT - same as above, but equipped with an electric automatic thread trimmer, back tack, and presser foot lifter.
