Dayang DYDB-2 Automatic Fabric Lay End Cutter

The Dayang DYDB-2 automatic lay end cutter is a popular piece of cutting room equipment which can be operated by a single user for maximum efficiency. It consists of the rear cloth press, automatic front cloth press rail with the cutter runner, the material feed roll and holder, and an automatic cutting machine and layers counter. The cloth press rails are 250cm long as standard and can be fitted to a table which is a maximum of 220cms wide or smaller. This device saves a lot of time and manpower when cutting sheets of material, as it allows you to repeat the lays efficiently with minimal human input. It cuts precisely, and the cutting width and front rail lifting height can be adjusted. The 4” round blade is made of special durable steel, and the machine’s inbuilt sharpening system allows the blade to be cleaned and sharpened easily.
