The Global OV 500 series consists of various overlock machines. Your chosen machine will be supplied fully assembled, complete with British RU/C wheeled stand, manufacturer grade tabletop, drawer & extras. Before dispatch, everything is tested and signed off by one of our technicians so you can be sewing within minutes!
The Global OV 500 series of high quality overlock sewing machines provide solutions for a range of different applications. Whether you require a machine for light or heavy work, there is an option within this series. Each machine in the range has an automatic lubrication system to save the operator time and effort. The different subclasses have other unique features which are outlined below. Global OV 500 Series Subclass Options
- OV 504 040 - 1 needle, 3 thread high speed overlock machine with fully automatic lubrication. The maximum machine speed is 8000spm.
- OV 514 240 - 2 needle, 4 thread version, with a needle gauge of 2mm and overedge width of 4mm. The maximum machine speed is 7500spm.
- OV 515 350 - 2 needle, 5 thread version, with a needle gauge of 3mm and overedge width of 5mm. The maximum machine speed is 7000spm.
- OV 515 550 - 2 needle, 5 thread version with a needle gauge of 5mm and overedge width of 5mm. The maximum machine speed is 7000spm.
- OV 515 558 - 2 needle, 5 thread version designed specially for extra heavy duty work. It has a needle gauge of 5mm and an overedge width of 5mm. The maximum machine speed is 5500spm.
