The Juki DU-1481-7 is a direct-drive, 1-needle, top and bottom feed lockstitch machine with an automatic thread trimmer. It is supplied fully assembled, complete with British RU/C wheeled stand, manufacturer grade tabletop, drawer & extras. The Juki DU-1481-7 is a heavy-weight lockstitch machine designed for the sewing and decorative shape-tacking of heavy weight materials such as car seats, sofas, bags, and strollers. The automatic features and long arm make sewing large items easy for the operator.

Juki DU-1481-7 Features

  • 1-needle lockstitch machine (135x17 needle system) with a high long arm for increased workability when sewing large products
  • Direct-drive, top and bottom feed with double-capacity hook. The machine starts up quickly and has increased stop accuracy and responsiveness
  • Needle thread clamping device to ensure that the needle thread at the start of sewing does not come out on the cloth. This improves the look of the seams and means that operators don’t have to trim the thread manually, preventing damage to the material through thread picking
  • Energy-efficient servo motor
  • LED light to illuminate needle head. The brightness can be set to improve work efficiency
  • Automatic thread trimmer which is capable of dealing with any thickness of thread. The knife pressure can be adjusted with the adjusting screw
